\nKey Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022\tManages effectively the collection of revenue in order to fund the operations of the college.
\n\u2022\tManages timely and accurately consolidate budget estimates in order to facilitate mobilization of financial resources.
\n\u2022\tManages and supervises timely and accurately preparation and submission of Financial and Management reports in order to facilitate decision making.
\n\u2022\tManages effectively books of Accounts in order to facilitate storage and retrieval of information.
\n\u2022\tManages and coordinates effectively preparation of section and individual work plan in order to facilitate monitoring and evaluation of performance.
\n\u2022\tManages effectively the utilization of manpower in the section in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
\n\u2022\tUndertakes any other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time by the Principal (CEO).
\n\u2022\tManages the preparation of bank reconciliations.

\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong>
\n\u2022\tGrade 12 or Form 5 School Certificate.
\n\u2022\tDegree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
\n\u2022\tPaid up member of ZICA.
\n\u2022\t5 years, preferably in TEVET Institutions.

\n\u2022\tProvide administrative support services in order to facilitate efficient operation of the Institution.
\n\u2022\tProvide transport in order to facilitate mobility of staff and goods.
\n\u2022\tMaintain infrastructure in order to provide conducive environment.
\n\u2022\tCoordinate tasks of administration staff in order to avoid any overlap in performance of duties.
\n\u2022\tManage effectively financial, material, and human resources in order to facilitate the achievement of the section\u2019s objectives.

\n5.\tJob Title: Librarian<\/strong>
\n\tLocation: Lusaka Vocational and Technical College<\/strong>
\n\tType: Full-time<\/strong>
\n\tKey Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022\tDevelops, implements and evaluates Library strategic plan, in line with LVTC goals.
\n\u2022\tPrepares and presents regular reports and data that focus on the Library\u2019s support for teaching and learning.
\n\u2022\tEstablishes and monitors day-to-day systems and facilities.
\n\u2022\tDocuments Library procedures to ensure that Library documentation is relevant and up-to-date.
\n\u2022\tCo-ordinates safety procedures for the Library.
\n\u2022\tPromotes the role of the Library\u2019s resources and services to students and staff.
\n\u2022\tProvides high quality resources, including e-resources that meet the reading information and learning needs of students and staff.
\n\u2022\tLiaises with teaching staff to review resources in curriculum areas.
\n\u2022\tProvides statistics of resource use.
\n\u2022\tPrepares annual budget and submit to Management.
\n\u2022\tEnsures that expenditure of Library is controlled according to College standards.
\n\u2022\tEnsures Library management system provides easy access to information.
\n\u2022\tEnsures Library management system is updated to latest version.
\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong>
\n\u2022\tFull Form 5 or Grade Twelve Certificate
\n\u2022\tDiploma in Library and Information Science or equivalent.
\n\u2022\t3 years <\/p>\n
